We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Senior Graphic Designer to join our sticker printing team. This role is ideal for individuals with strong creative ability and extensive technical knowledge of label printing and production.

You will be required to work closely with the Sales and Production teams to maintain high quality standards and create accurate print-ready artworks within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and prepare high-quality artworks for the following:
  • Labels and stickers
  • Marketing materials
  • Social media and promotional graphics
• Prepare accurate print-ready files for Flexographic and Digital printing.
• Manage the following Prepress workflows:
  • Color correction
  • Trapping and Bleed/Safety setup
  • Step and repeat (Layout)
  • Output checking and Proofing (Sample checking)
• Thoroughly inspect artworks before printing to ensure they meet technical and production requirements.
• Collaborate with production and sales teams to reduce printing costs, minimize errors, and maintain quality consistency.
• Handle Special finishing requirements:
  • Die cutting (Shape cutting)
  • Spot UV / Varnish
  • Foil stamping (Gold/Silver foil)
  • Lamination
  • White ink and special colors
• Review files received from customers and provide technical advice when necessary.

• Minimum (2) years of experience in commercial printing.
• High proficiency in the following software:
  • Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop
• Strong understanding of:
  • CMYK and Pantone color systems
  • Color management and Proofing
  • Print production standards and file preparation
• Experience in Flexographic and Digital printing processes.
• Familiarity with Die lines, Varnish layers, Foil layers, and Production separations.
• Must be detail-oriented and able to complete work within specified deadlines.
