  • Perform the recruitment process such as screening the CV and narrow down the potential candidate.
  • Conducting the potential candidates for the interview.
  • Training, counselling, and coaching the staffs.
  • Carrying out necessary administrative duties, updating and maintaining document management systems and physical records.
  • Resolving conflicts through positive and professional mediation.
  • Conducting performance and wage And attendance reviews.
  • Calculate the payroll process.
  • Developing clear policies and ensuring policy awareness.
  • Able to maintain the security of confidential documents.

Job Requirements

  • Experience in handling intake, scanning, verification, and storing of Human Resource and administration documents according to company rules & regulations. 
  • Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills 
  • Able to work under pressure                                      
  • Able to use Excel
