Job Experience & Skills Required:
* 5 to 8 years of experience in HR fields, within the financial services sector, is preferred.
* To collaborate with the HR Business Partner management team in developing and executing a lifecycle approach to people management focused on forecasting, staffing, development, onboarding, performance management and so on.
* Proficient with the English language is also preferred.
