Job Description

A Great Opportunity for ...

  • Create architectural designs, plans, and blueprints for residential and commercial buildings.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand design preferences and project requirements.
  • Ensure designs comply with local building codes, zoning laws, and other regulations.
  • Revise and update designs based on client feedback and technical considerations.
  • Work closely with engineers and contractors during project execution to ensure design integrity.
  • Management will change, assign and add the JD as required!

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Architecture 
  • Experiences Minimum 5years and above of proven experience in architectural design and project management.
  • Others Strong portfolio demonstrating design and project experience in Residential, High-rise, Hotel, and/or Warehouse sectors.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp,D5,Enscape.
  • Deep understanding of Myanmar’s building regulations and permit procedures.
