1. Able to promptly resolve IT-related issues at the branch as well as computer user problems.

2. Capable of learning and testing new technologies and IT devices.

3. Monitor and maintain IT hardware (computers, printers, scanners, etc.), internet connections, CCTV systems, and phone lines.

4. Provide support to branch computer users either in person or via phone.

5. Submit reports to HODs and the Branch Manager within the designated timeline.

1. Branch တစ်ခု၏ IT ဆိုင်ရာ အခက်အခဲများ နှင့် Computer အသုံးပြုသူ user များ၏ အခက်အခဲများကို အချိန်နှင့်တပြေးညီ ဖြေရှင်းပေးနိုင်ရမည်။
2. နည်းပညာ အသစ်များ / IT Device အသစ်များကို လေ့လာ၊စမ်းသပ်နိုင်ရမည်။
3. Hardware ပိုင်းဆိုင်ရာ IT ပစ္စည်းများ(Computer, Printer, Scanner, etc…)၊ Internet လိုင်းများ၊ CCTV စက်များ၊ Phone lineများအား စောင့်ကြည့်စစ်ဆေးနိုင်ရမည်။
4. Branch ရှိ Computer အသုံးပြုသူများအား လူကိုယ်တိုင်ဖြစ်စေ ၊ဖုန်းဖြင့်ဖြစ်စေ Supporting ပေးနိုင်ရမည်။
5. သတ်မှတ် Timeline အမှီ HODs and Branch Manager ထံသို့ Report တင်ပေးနိုင်ရမည်။

English Version

1. Must be a university degree holder.

2. Minimum of 2 years’ work experience.

3. Must have attended A+ / Networking training.

4. Good knowledge of IT devices with the ability to perform installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.

5. Strong skills in server administration.

6. Must be able to travel as required.

7. Must be willing to work with the company on a long-term basis.

1. တက္ကသိုလ်မှ ဘွဲ့ရရှိထားသူဖြစ်ရမည်။
2. လုပ်ငန်းအတွေ့အကြုံ အနည်းဆုံး (၂) နှစ်ရှိရမည်။
3. A+/ Networking သင်တန်း တက်ရောက်ပြီးသူ ဖြစ်ရမည်။
4. IT Device များအကြောင်း သိရှိနားလည်ပြီး Installing, Maintain and Troubleshooting ပြုလုပ်ပေးနိုင်ရမည်။
5. Server administration အပိုင်း ကျွမ်းကျင်စွာကိုင်တွယ်နိုင်ရမည်။
