Job Summary:

Responsible to facilitate and provide the technical support throughout the school, to ensure the service stability, integrity, and efficient operation of the in-house systems that support core academic and administrative functions. This aims to be achieved by monitoring, maintaining, supporting, troubleshooting and resolving incidents and requests from end users, and undertaking specific maintenance and upgrade tasks on the computer network and user devices

Main Responsibilities:

• Able to provide software, antivirus installation, configuration.
• Ability to deliver windows, office installation, email configuration.
• Follow the work plan which will be provided by Senior Leader or Head of School.
• Install and maintain Local Area Network System (LAN / WLAN) in Yangon and other duty stations.
• Maintain Internet related equipment such as Routers, Access Points, Switches, Firewalls.
• Maintain and update antivirus programs and prevent viruses to office resources. 
• Provide daily IT support for other colleagues.
• Maintain, repair and replace (as needed) Computer Hardware, Software and other IT related peripherals
• Responsible to fix the repairable IT items or send them to workshop.
• Maintain current list of IT Inventory, filling the IT item damage report for ICT lab.
• Analyze and recommend optimal solutions for any new problem.
• Ability to visit other schools and support team members if required.
• Ability to cooperate in school functions and projects including occasional school events.
• Needs to improve reporting skills – should provide regular weekly/monthly report on all activities done during the past week/month.
• Ability to coordinate in technical activities for staffs and clients

Skills and Experiences Required

• Any graduate with IT Professional Certificate in hardware and network engineering.
• Fresh graduate in Computer Science/ Technology (or) IT Engineering with/without prior experience in Systems & Network field is preferred.
• Ability and desire to learn new skills
• Strong technical knowledge
• Excellent interpersonal skill and good communication skills (both written and spoken

• English) is more preferable

• Kind hearted and willing to help with full potential
