Installation and configuring computer hardware operating system and applications.
Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks.
Support technical issues on LANs, WANs, and other systems.
Provide technical support for computer system, network, and software issues.
Deliver windows, office installation, email configuration.
Manage, configure and maintain the IT Infrastructure and Systems, including wireless access points, routers, switches, firewalls, SDWAN endpoints and servers, etc.; ensuring optimal performance and availability.
Configure and install various network devices such as routers, firewalls, SharePoint, Office365, Endpoints, firewalls and IT related software.
Provide IT support, supporting the roll-out of new applications including procedural documentation and relevant reports.
Work within establishing configuration and change management policies to ensure awareness, approval and success of changes made to the network infrastructure.
Support with staff/students via email and/or phone for their request IT issues.
Perform other related duties as assigned by respective Head of Department.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in computer science and/or related IT field experience is required.
Strong knowledge of all functional aspects of IT
At least over 2 years' experience of progressively.
Hands on experience in networking, routing, and switching.
Experience with firewalls, setting up remote connectivity, troubleshooting, and problem solving in timely manner.
Ability to set up and configure network printer with permission, hardware Configuration.
Ability to multitask and perform under tight deadlines.
Able to work with teams and other departmental heads to achieve a common goal.
Positive attitude and customer oriented with good multitasking and organizational ability.
