An exciting opportunity exists for a Senior Legal Associate, with strong commercial experience to join our team in the NPT office. The successful candidate will advise international and local clients on a broad range of corporate and commercial transactions. Experience is required in general corporate commercial legal work, real estate , litigation and or banking and finance industries. Good English is required and five to six years experince working in a law firm. Previous experience working with any ministries is veiwed favorably. 

Responsibilities include:

• Provide legal support on transactions
• Actively participate in establishing and maintaining client relationships
• Review and draft transaction documents and corporate documentation
• Attend meetings with clients
• Take part in, and actively participate in internal know-how development, research and preparation of model forms and templates.

• Fully qualified lawyer, with 4 – 7 years of professional experience, fluent in English
• Experience of work on cross-border transactions with international clients, including, negotiation of transaction documents
• Demonstrated corporate experience 4 - 7 years in general corporate/ commercial work 
• Excellent drafting and analytical skills with strong attention to detail
• Good working attitude. Team player and willing to travel 
•  Previous experience working with any ministries in NPT
•  At least 5 to 6 years of experience in a law firm required
