ROLE PURPOSE

Finance business partners who work closely with a particular business unit creating a real and active partnership with both operations and management. Their role is to provide 'real time' support and analysis, to be a trusted adviser and to add value that will assist in decision making.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Supporting the development and implementation of best financial practices
  • Assisting with the financial forecasting
  • Managing and achieving the financial targets and objectives
  • Providing financial analysis to business unit management
  • Supporting the financial decision and budget process
  • Assisting in the preparation of the operating budget
  • Supporting the preparation of management reports
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Ad-hoc task assigned by CFO and head/chief of business unit

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of a Bachelors Degree in Finance, Economics or related field
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in finance
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices

  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Strong multitasking skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Strong presentation skills
