The purpose of this role is to support the business by assisting in the analysis of key performance indicators (KPIs) and market trends, helping to generate actionable insights. The role plays an important part in performance reviews, planning, and execution of business activities. Working closely with regional and GTM teams, the incumbent will help in tracking and achieving acquisition, distribution, and sales targets. By maintaining awareness of market dynamics and promotional activities, this position supports efforts to improve network reliability and expand distribution metrics. Key Responsibilities

• Assist in analyzing business KPIs and preparing reports to support decision-making.
• Participate in performance review calls and help compile action points for follow-up.
• Help track market share and revenue trends, sharing observations with the team.
• Support the preparation and distribution of regional KPI summaries and dashboards.
• Learn and assist in maintaining quality standards in acquisition processes.
• Coordinate with regional teams to help achieve acquisition KPI targets.
• Work with the GTM team to monitor progress against targets and assist in improving processes.
• Provide support in partner sales activities aligned with regional objectives.
• Assist in monitoring Distribution KPIs and suggest ideas for improvement.
• Stay updated on promotional activities and GTM initiatives to help identify opportunities.
• Help plan and track the progress of new site developments.
• Support efforts to monitor and improve network availability and reliability.
• Contribute to tracking and reporting distribution metrics within the assigned territory.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or related field.

Experience & Skills

• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in business analysis, market research, performance monitoring, or a related area.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Basic knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, or data visualization tools.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
