  • Dispensing drugs prescribed by physicians and providing information to patients about their side effects, usage, and interactions.
  • Checking dosage and ensuring that medicines are correctly and safely supplied and labelled.
  • Counselling and advising the public on the treatment of minor ailments, diet, exercise, or stress management.
  • Monitoring blood pressure & nutritional advice.
  • Offering a diabetes testing service & nutritional advice.
  • Calculating Body Weight, Body Mass Index, and nutritional advice for a healthy living lifestyle.
  • Overseeing the product handling and safe storage of medical products.
  • Managing, supervising, and training pharmacy support staff.
  • Promoting sales and developing the business.
  • Keeping up to date with current pharmacy practice, new drugs, and their uses.
  • Reporting customer requested medicine and medical equipment, monthly use of medicine to the head office plan.

Job Requirements

  • B.Pharm Degree Holder
  • Relative Pharmacy Experience in Hospital or Retail Pharmacy Store
  • Knowledge & interest in customer service principles and processes
  • Knowledge & Interest in sales principles
  • Good communication skills
  • Customer service orientation
  • Computer Literate - MS Word & Excel
