  • Can be controlled Budget and Material
  • Negotiating with suppliers and subcontractors to obtainthe best prices and terms
  • Managing project budgets, including forecasting and monitoring costs
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation of all project-related costs and financial transactions.
  • Collaborate with design team and construction team to material quantities and specifications.
  • Measure and value the work done on site.
  • Preparing reports, analyses, contracts, budgets, risk  assessment, and another document.

Job Requirements

  • B.E (Civil)
  • Can be used Auto CAD (2D, 3D)
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in related field of QS Department
  • Good communication skill and cooperation skill
