  • Prepare detailed project cost estimates, BOQs, and cost plans
  • Evaluate the sub-contractor quotations, and supplier pricing
  • Monitor material requirements and assit procurement team
  • Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, and suppliers

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering (B.E Civil)
  • Minimum 3 years experience in Quantity Surveying or Construction cost control
  • Knowledge of engineering and QS software (AutoCAD, Excel, QS software,etc.)
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to prepare BOQ, estimates, and cost breakdowns
  • Familiar with construction standards and market price trends
