An Exciting Opportunity for ...

Responsible for initial screening of applicants
Liaise with other managers to determine staffing requirements
Use internal and external systems to advertise job vacancies as appropriate
Schedule Interviews and ensuring that the appropriate background check(s) are conducted on the final candidate
Assist HR Manager in organizing job fairs
Assist in internship matters

Job Requirements

Minimum 3 years’ experience in HR or Administrative role (candidates who has less than 3 years experience will not be considered for this post)
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and complete work accurately and on time
Ability to work with minimal supervision
Strong attention to detail
Effective interpersonal communication skills (written and verbal)
Strong customer service focus
Must have self-confidence
Must be result-oriented
