- Ensure successful wireless products.
- Provide hardware design support internally as well as external vendors.
- Research and resolve a wide range of in-depth technical aspects.
- Perform block diagram, schematic, placement and PCB design reviews on Frontiir products.
- Resolve technical problems via hands-on trouble shooting.
- Provide upfront support to the business teams for new projects.
- Share knowledge and provide guidance to junior members of the team.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
- 10+ years Hardware Engineering or Hardware Design experience or related work experience.
- Understanding in RF component characteristics and behavior.
- Understanding of RF systems and familiarity with WiFi and cellular standards.
- Ability to conduct WiFi/LTE/5G mmW tests
- Problem solving and analytical skills.
- Familiar with PCB CAD tools such as Allegro and PADS.
- Expertise using RF HW test equipment
- Digital circuit design, software programming, or power management is a plus.
