Job Description

A Big Opportunity for ...

•    Supervise and lead the sales team to achieve daily, monthly, and annual sales targets
    •    Develop and implement sales plans, route plans, and coverage schedules
    •    Build and maintain strong relationships with pharmacies, clinics, hospitals, and key customers
    •    Monitor sales performance and provide coaching, guidance, and motivation to sales representatives
    •    Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities
    •    Propose and execute sales promotions, discount schemes, and incentive programs
    •    Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to management
    •    Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and finance teams to ensure smooth order processing and timely delivery
    •    Ensure proper stock availability and minimize stock issues in the market
    •    Conduct training and on-the-job coaching for sales team members
    •    Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and ethical sales practices

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Pharmacy, or a related field (preferred)
    •    Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in pharmacy wholesale, pharmaceutical, or FMCG sales
    •    Prior experience as a Sales Supervisor or Team Leader is an advantage
    •    Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
    •    Proven ability to manage sales targets and KPIs
    •    Good analytical and reporting skills
    •    Basic proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
    •    Willingness to work in the field and travel as required
