Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed annual sales targets for diesel/gas generators.
Technical Consultation: Conduct technical presentations and advise clients on the best power solutions, including Load Calculation, fuel efficiency, and synchronization systems.
Market Expansion: Proactively identify and develop new business leads in sectors such as Construction, Manufacturing, Data Centers, Hospitals, and Telecom.
Tendering & Proposals: Lead the preparation of technical and commercial proposals. Manage the entire Tender process, including documentation, compliance, and final submission.
Site Surveys: Perform on-site inspections to assess installation requirements, space constraints, and electrical integration needs.
Relationship Management: Maintain and strengthen long-term relationships with key accounts, consultants, and contractors to ensure repeat business.
Collaboration: Coordinate with the After-Sales and Service teams to ensure smooth delivery, installation, and commissioning of the units.

Job Requirements
1. Education & Experience
Bachelor’s Degree: B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering is required.
Experience: Minimum 3 to 5 years of proven sales experience in the Generator or Heavy Machinery industry.
Proven Track Record: A strong history of meeting or exceeding sales quotas in a B2B environment.
2. Technical Competencies
Product Knowledge: In-depth understanding of Generator sets (Diesel/Gas), Alternators, Engines, and Control Panels (e.g., Deep Sea, ComAp).
Software: Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel for pricing and PowerPoint for presentations).
3. Core Skills & Attributes
Negotiation Skills: Exceptional ability to negotiate high-value contracts and close complex deals.
Communication: Fluent in English (both written and verbal) for professional reporting and client interaction.
Problem Solving: Ability to provide immediate technical solutions to client challenges during the pre-sales phase.
Mobility: Must possess a valid driving license and be willing to travel to project sites or provincial areas as required.
Leadership: Ability to mentor junior sales staff and lead small teams during large-scale projects.
