On behalf of our Client, a leading multinational corporation, we are looking for a Senior Sales Manager to be based at their offices in Yangon, Myanmar.

 

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Promotes and introduces the company's new and existing products to the market
  • Analyzes budgets, prepares annual budget plans, schedules expenditures and ensures that the sales team meets their quotas and goals
  • Oversees day-to-day sales, monitoring, and forecasting to better understand the market
  • Stays up-to-date on current market trends
  • Works with the sales team to assess current projections
  • Owns ultimate responsibility for successfully meeting or exceeding sales goals
  • Collaborates with team to creatively reach more potential customers
  • Takes calculated risks to increase profitability and brand recognition
  • Works in a hands-on fashion, building the team — provides motivation and inspiration
  • Sets the precedent for excellence through leading by example
  • Cultivates and deepens client relationships and partnerships that add value
  • Stays active in the industry by attending professional networking events

Job Requirements

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Medicine, Pharmacy, Medical Technology or any other related field
  • Master / Diploma in marketing or business administration will be considered an advantage
  • Proven working experience as a Sales Manager, Product Specialist with medical laboratory diagnostics business or clinical products background
  • Ability to be goal oriented, flexible and creative
  • Strong leadership, communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Very good understanding of medical terms
  • Excellent command of the English language
  • Outstanding organisation ability with great attention to detail
