Job Description

  • Manage, coach and develop the sales team, embedding the brands values and setting performance levels and KPIs
  • Develop a sales strategy for the market that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability
  • Use consumer and market insight and industry trends to help inform Brand campaign direction, direct strategy, and drive seasonal brand campaigns
  • Meet with B2B clients, and expand corporate customers.
  • Driving national wholesale efforts, meetings with new and existing distributors.
  • Conduct regular coaching and performance evaluation with team members
  • Prepare a variety of status reports, including weekly forecasts, sales activity metrics, signed deals, and adherence to Yangoods overall sales goals
  • Working with the internal design and technical team to maximize dealer support
  • Manage dealer credit requirements
  • Align brand marketing strategy and execution
  • Analyses and comments on sales activity, national market opportunities and competitor survey
  • Propose, monitor and control of sales promotions, launch activities, shop-in-shop openings
  • Budget planning and managing your own schedule including travel arrangements

Job Requirements

  • Have Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Sales and Marketing or other related field
  • Require more than 5 years in a retail field management role, including managing multiple shops
  • Experience in leading and developing a team
  • Be a problem solver
  • Fluent in Myanmar and with good English skills.
  • Work collaboratively, creating positive relationships across an organization to achieve multiple objectives
  • Be excellent in strategic planning and client relationships
  • Be results-oriented person with strong analytical skills, market knowledge and staffing
  • Have strong presentation and interpersonal skill
  • Be proficient in Microsoft Office
