_ Dignose and trouble shoot tractor mechanical, hydraulic and electrical system._Perform major repairs, maintenance and overhaul of tractors and agricultural equipment._Lead and supervise Junior Technicians_Provide technical support and guidance to customers_Prepare service reports, maintenance records and technical documentation_Maintain workshop tools, diagnostic equipment and service facilities

3+ years of work experience in a similar positionAbility to read and interpret technical manuals, wiring diagrams, service bulletins and parts catalogsGood negotiation and problem-solving skillsKnowledge of customer service principles and effective technical communication
Must be able to drive and hold a valid driving license
Required to travel regularly to customer locations, farms, dealer networks and company branches (The whole Myanmar)
