Job Description

ROLE PURPOSE

This role requires working closely with branches and banca partners for quality lead generations, implement partnership and sales strategies, driving revenue growth, relationships building, conflict resolution, support branches to promote bancassurance referrals. 

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Work closely with bancassurance partners to achieve joint referral and revenue targets.

  • Identify gaps in lead generation, follow-up, and conversion to maintain a healthy pipeline.

  • Develop sales strategies and drive campaigns in collaboration with banca partners.

  • Grow insurance coverage among the bank’s clientele.

  • Manage and support assigned branches in meeting monthly referral targets, fulfilling operational requirements, and resolving issues/complaints.

  • Coordinate with the Bancassurance team and insurer partners to ensure timely resolution of complaints at branch level.

  • Achieve desirable targets for policy persistence and yearly renewals.

  • Provide training and coaching on sales conversations, product knowledge, and objection handling.

  • Share feedback from branches and customers with the Bancassurance team to support continuous improvement and new product/process ideation.

  • Maintain strong relationships with banca partners to enhance customer experience.

  • Engage with banca partners and assist with transactional and banking requirements.

  • Act as the primary liaison between customers, the bank, and the insurance partner, ensuring smooth communication and timely resolution of claim-related issues.

Job Requirements

Education & Special Training

  • Bachelor’s degree (or) other relevant academic backgrounds
  • Insurance Agent License 

Experience

  • Have at least 3 ~ 4 years of working experience in related fields
  • Have knowledge of share market, sales/customer statistics and sales concepts with the relevant stakeholders
  • Excellent presentation skills, relationship management skills, and problem-solving skills

Languages

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skill; both in Myanmar and English
