Structure and prioritize business requirement and communicating plans with stakeholders for review and approval
Formulate strategies for improving and enhancing organizational performance
Collaborates with other project managers on large and complex projects to operate the business functions
Works closely with the business units to understand various processes such as customer patterns, sales patterns, product development and Finance & Accounting Structure
Hold meetings with the project team regularly to review project deliverables and ensure that the deadlines are met
Create monthly reports on the overall performance and the targets achieved; point out the areas of improvement and give recommendations accordingly.

ERP Implementation Experiences (Business Accounting Knowledge & Experiences) is a must
