  • Lead as a Business analyst for Business support IT system requirements analysts and sales processes automation
  • Develop/ Configure Change Requests and New Requirements in kissflow system (Low-code Business process automation)
  • Lead and support in daily system issue handling and troubleshooting
  • Align with cross-functional teams and lead in new functions/ CRs implementation
  • Lead internal testings/ UATs and post go-live support
  • Communicate and monitor vendor support for system issues handling

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor in IT or relevant Technical background with more than 5years service in IT System operation and development projects.

  • Experience in organizational knowledge and business requirements, Sharing ideas and information with others.
  • Recognizes the business concerns and perspectives of others.
  • 3-5 years experience in BSS system development, operation management & Change Control
  • On hand experience in sales related IT system development and business process automation
  • On hand experience in kissflow low-code development and Programming knowledge is a plus in consideration
  • Excellence Communication and Negotiation skills

  • Experience in end to end project management and project documentation
