Plan, co-ordinate and control the activities of the customer service team to maintain and enhance customer relationships and meet organizational and operational objectives.

Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Follow up customer service policies and procedures
  • Direct the service team for daily service tasks
  • Ensure the necessary resources and tools are available for on-site quality service
  • Liaise with company management to support and implement growth strategies
  • Co-ordinate and manage customer service projects and initiatives
  • Identify and address service man training and coaching needs
  • Report to supervisor for daily service tasks

Education and Experience

  • Relevant bachelor's degree
  • Customer service experience
  • Electrical power engineering experience (3) years
  • Supervisory experience
  • Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
  • Proficiency in relationship
  • Product knowledge
