The role holder will be responsible for treasury revenue/ product growth, client calling initiatives, portfolio development, pricing, RFP or RFI responses, call preparations, and facilitating client-facing special events. The role holder will also be responsible for dealing daily FX products (Spot, Forward, Swap) with customers and interbank counter parties within allocated with a view to address the asset/liabilities needs and form part of the Treasury Ambassador program. The ideal candidate is a results-oriented, go-getting, strategic thinker who has a passion for sales and trading while adhering to a high level of integrity.

• Engage in daily FX Sales / Trading with customers and interbank transactions in timely manner
• Participate in the Client Management Process (CMP) that focuses on client acquisition and deepening existing relationships through the thoughtful identification of client needs.
• Identify prospects, conduct daily sales calls, develop and maintain relationship with prospective and existing clients for Treasury products and services
• Actively follow up with counterparts in Branches/ SMEs/ Wholesale Banking units on FX related client requirements
• Keep track of FX products and marketing initiative of competitor banks in the market
• Ensure quality and effective response to clients’ queries and problems
• Maintain a professional service and high profile so as to enhance the reputation of the bank
• Prepare FX sale performance report
• Assist in ad-hoc projects and additional duties assigned by DVCGM and VCGM of Treasury

• Bachelor's degree in related field, such as finance, economics, and business degrees
• 3 years of experience in related industry
• Prior experience in sales/ CRM/ FX trading is preferred
• Excellent communication skills required
