Job Description

A Great Opportunity for ...

  • Provide assistance for Team Manager.
  • Provide the timely report to Top Management for accident and Service Impact Failure Reports.
  • Direct involvement in incidents or problems that cause service impact and acts as escalation point for incidents not being resolved in a timely manner.
  • To Provides technical support for HP Servers, Switches, Cisco Firewall .
  • To accomplish the  O&M contract agreement in writing that includes all agreement provisions.
  • To accomplish the hand over process for the upcoming New IT systems.
  • To works and lead with L2 technical members.
  • To provide occasional out of hours support.
  • To performs any other duties as may be required from time to time.
  • To communicate and collaborate with the related vendors and team members.

Job Requirements

  1. In depth knowledge about Linux  and Networking technology and concepts.
  2. Deputy Manager position requires the ability to effectively prioritize and to be a proactive thinker.
  3. Bachelor degree in Technical University.
  4. Good healthy person.
  5. Good understanding of VMWare  / Hyper Visor
  6. Good understanding of IT security and Data protection
  7. Good oral, written and presentation communication skills
