We are seeking dedicated and technically skilled professionals to join our after-sales and technical service team. Depending on your experience, you will be placed into one of our three career development tiers to handle installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and servicing for power generation and electrical systems—including 11kV substation installations, ESE lightning protection systems, generators, solar energy solutions, and  low voltage busduct installations.

Career Levels & Experience Requirements

Service Technician (Apprentice / Entry Level): Open to GTHS graduates, AGTI graduates, or fresh graduates with a strong willpower for technical service, an eagerness to learn engine repair and field installations, and good communication skills. 

Assistant Service Engineer (Mid-Level): Fresh graduates or candidates with 1 to 2 years of experience in electrical systems, generators, or related machinery service fields (relevant working experience is a plus).

Service Engineer (Experienced Level):1 to 5 years of specialized professional experience in generator after-sales service, solar installations, or electrical power engineering fields.

• Execute ESE lightning protection setups, solar installations, Low Voltage Busduct Installation and 11kV substation installations.
• Provide comprehensive generator after-sales support, routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and engine repairs.
• Prepare and manage ISO documents and records related to the Service Team.
• Demonstrate strong proficiency in negotiation and interpersonal communication. Fluent in English 4 skills is a plus.
• Collaborate on the maintenance and upkeep of internal company machinery and equipment, and undertake travel as needed.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree with B.E / B.Tech / AGTI (EP / MP) is more preferable. GTHS graduates are also welcome to apply for entry levels.
• Proficient in MS Office and Engineering Software
• Basic to advanced understanding of electrical systems, machinery, and engine repair.
• Able to work effectively under the guidance of senior engineers or independently based on experience level.
• High flexibility and willingness to travel nationwide for on-site services, installations, and maintenance.
• Age Limit: Under 35 years of age.
