A Big Opportunity for ...

  • The Factory Manager is responsible for the overall plant performance, strategic leadership, and day-to-day operational excellence of the Donut 4U manufacturing facility. This role commands full accountability for safety, food quality standards, production output, labor productivity, supply chain coordination, and cost optimization. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in FMCG food manufacturing operations, robust leadership capabilities, and a continuous improvement mindset to scale production efficiently.

  • Production & Operations: Direct and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules to achieve targets on time while minimizing downtime and material wastage.

  • Quality & Food Safety: Ensure all bakery and food items comply with stringent hygiene and quality standards; coordinate closely with QA/QC teams to resolve any issues.

  • Maintenance & Safety: Oversee scheduled machinery maintenance, handle emergency breakdowns promptly, and strictly enforce workplace health and safety protocols.

  • Team & HR Management: Lead, mentor, and evaluate plant staff, manage shift allocations, and foster a disciplined, high-performance work culture.

  • Warehouse & Supply Chain: Monitor raw material and packaging inventory levels, ensure rigorous FIFO stock control, and prevent loss or damage.

Job Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field (An MBA or food manufacturing certification is a distinct advantage).

  • Experience: Minimum 5–10 years of experience in an FMCG manufacturing plant, with at least 3 years in a Factory Manager or Production Manager role.

  • Demographics: Male | Age 40 – 50 years old.

  • Core Competencies: Strong leadership, production planning, problem-solving, cost budgeting, and computer literacy (Advanced Excel & ERP systems).

  • Personal Traits: Resilient under pressure, detail-oriented, systematic, and data-driven.
