About the Role

As Service Manager, you will strategically lead VSK International's customer service operations to achieve peak efficiency in repair turnaround times and customer satisfaction. You will manage quality feedback loops with international suppliers and drive a proactive, performance-oriented culture within the technical team.

 

Job Description

  • Operational Leadership: Oversee daily service center operations to ensure high-quality repairs and efficient resource utilization.

  • Proactive Strategy: Drive the transformation from a reactive to a proactive service model by implementing and monitoring KPIs like RTAT (Repair Turnaround Time) and Parts Fulfillment Rates.

  • Customer Excellence: Maintain a minimum 95% Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) score by optimizing service processes and resolving complex customer escalations.

  • QA/QC & Early Warning: Establish systems to identify product quality trends early and coordinate with factories/suppliers for technical countermeasures.

  • Team Development: Lead and mentor a team of technicians and support staff, implementing technical training and performance-driven incentive schemes.

  • Process Management: Enforce strict Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for warranty processing, DOA claims, and spare parts inventory.

  • Tech-Driven Management: Utilize SAP Business One to manage service workflows, track spare parts, and generate actionable operational reports.

 

Job Overview

  • Working Hour: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

  • Working Day: Monday to Saturday

  • Holiday: Sunday and Gazette Holidays

  • Report To: Head of Customer Care, dotted line to Senior General Manager

  • Work Location: VSK International Mandalay Office, Mandalay (onsite in Chan Aye Thar Zan, & another office in Mahar Aung Myay)

Job Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related technical field.

  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience; proven experience in service center operations, spare parts management, and leading multi-functional technical teams.

  • Software Skills: High proficiency in SAP Business One or similar Service Management Systems is essential.

  • Leadership: Strong problem-solving abilities with a "results-oriented" mindset to eliminate operational bottlenecks.

  • Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills to collaborate with global suppliers and internal HODs.
