An Exciting Opportunity for ...

  • Meet sales targets by training, motivating, mentoring, and providing feedback to sales staff
  • Ensure high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent service
  • Complete store administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures
  • Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards, Stock Control
  • Deal with all issues that arise from staff or customers (complaints, grievances, etc)
  • Manage shop cash inflow/outflow and arrange necessary payment process with Finance Department
  • Manage staff recruitment, resignation, and salary calculation can go to a related government organization
  • Be a shining example of good behavior and high performance
  • Additional shop manager duties as needed

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree Holder 
  • Age 23-30 years
  • Previous experience in management (or) retail position (or) consumer product sales
  • Must demonstrate strong initiative, self-motivated and motivation in the work of subordinates
  • Is Resourceful and good at solving problems, is highly organized
  • Strong leadership, management skills, decision-making skills, interpersonal, and multitasking skills
  • Work well under pressure and deadline
  • Can be used (Office 365), willing to learn and use software, technology
