  • Manage and drive sales to achieve the assigned targets.
  • Lead and implement sales growth plans / Motivate team members / Supervise performance / Monitor results / Review and report outcomes.
  • Ensure all team members provide excellent customer service.
  • Maintain good relationships among team members.
  • Manage stock to ensure accuracy and prevent damage or loss.
  • Handle customer complaints and document them using Customer Complaint Forms.
  • Arrange and display products attractively to increase customer interest.
  • Control and minimize unnecessary expenses.
  • Oversee cleanliness and maintenance inside and outside the store.

Job Requirements

  • Must hold a bachelor’s degree (in any field).
  • Minimum (2) years of experience as a Retail Sales Manager.
  • Age between (25) and (35) years.
  • Proficient in computer usage.
  • Must have a good understanding of the retail market.
  • Able to prepare Sales Targets, Promotion Plans, and Sales Plans.
  • Must be able to work under pressure and handle challenges effectively.
