Duties & Responsibilities
-Assist In developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
-Analyze sales data and marketing trends to provide Insights for strategy adjustments.
-Support the sales manager in selling sales goals and tracking progress.
-Supervise and mentor sales representatives, providing guidance and support.
-Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback for team development.
-Assist in recruiting, training and onboarding new sale staff.
-Build and maintain strong relationship with key clients and accounts.
-Conduct regular meetings with clients to review performance and explore opportunities.
-Monitor and manage sale activities, including prospecting presentations and negotiations.
-Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to the sale manager.
-Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and threats.
-Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
-Assist in preparing sales - related documentation and reports.
-Coordinate with other departments (e.g. , marketing, finance) to align sales efforts.
