  • Supervise, coach, and motivate Sales Executives on a daily basis

  • Set, monitor, and achieve sales targets for real estate projects

  • Oversee lead management, site visits, negotiations, and deal closing processes

  • Support the sales team in handling customer enquiries and objections

  • Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance reports

  • Coordinate with the Marketing team on campaigns, promotions, and events

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies

  • Handle customer complaints and ensure high customer satisfaction

  • Ensure compliance with company sales policies, SOPs, and ethical standards

  • Conduct on-site supervision during project launches, site visits, and promotions

Job Requirements

  • iploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in real estate sales (supervisory experience preferred)

  • Strong leadership and team management skills

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills

  • Target-driven with the ability to work under pressure

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems

  • Willingness to work weekends and attend site visits as required
