Supervise, coach, and motivate Sales Executives on a daily basis
Set, monitor, and achieve sales targets for real estate projects
Oversee lead management, site visits, negotiations, and deal closing processes
Support the sales team in handling customer enquiries and objections
Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance reports
Coordinate with the Marketing team on campaigns, promotions, and events
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies
Handle customer complaints and ensure high customer satisfaction
Ensure compliance with company sales policies, SOPs, and ethical standards
Conduct on-site supervision during project launches, site visits, and promotions

Job Requirements
iploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in real estate sales (supervisory experience preferred)
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills
Target-driven with the ability to work under pressure
Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
Willingness to work weekends and attend site visits as required
