Job Description

A Big Opportunity for ...

  • Supervise daily construction site activities.

  • Coordinate with subcontractors and workers.

  • Monitor site work schedules and work progress.

  • Inspect construction quality and ensure compliance with safety regulations.

  • Monitor material usage and site requirements.

  • Prepare and submit daily and weekly site progress reports.

 

  • Construction Site လုပ်ငန်းများကို နေ့စဉ်ကြီးကြပ်ခြင်း
  • Subcontractor နှင့် Workers များအား
  • Coordination ပြုလုပ်ခြင်း
  • Site Work Schedule နှင့် Work Progress ကို စောင့်ကြည့်ခြင်း
  • Construction Quality နှင့် Safety Rules များ စစ်ဆေးခြင်း
  • Material Usage နှင့် Site Requirements များကို စောင့်ကြည့်ခြင်း
  • Daily / Weekly Site Progress Report တင်ပြခြင်း

Job Requirements

  • Must possess a B.Tech (Civil) or B.E. (Civil) degree.

  • Must have at least 3 years of relevant work experience.

  • Must be 30 years of age or older and have experience in residential construction projects.

  • Must be able to read and understand construction drawings.

  • Must have a good understanding of construction materials and site work.

  • Must be able to coordinate with subcontractors and workers.

  • Must have strong communication and problem-solving skills.

 

  • B.Tech (Civil) / B.E (Civil) ဘွဲ့ရရှိထားသူ
  • အလုပ်အတွေ့အကြုံ အနည်းဆုံး ၃နှစ်နှင့် အထက်ရှိသူ
  • အသက် 30 နှစ်နှင့်အထက် Residential Construction Project အတွေ့အကြုံရှိသူ
  • Construction Drawing များ ဖတ်ရှုနားလည်နိုင်သူ
  • Construction Materials နှင့် Site Work များကို နားလည်သူ
  • Subcontractor နှင့် Workers များကို Coordination ပြုလုပ်နိုင်သူ
  • Communication & Problem-Solving Skills ကောင်းမွန်သူ
