  • B.Tech (Civil) / B.E (Civil) ဘွဲ့ရရှိထားသူ
  • အလုပ်အတွေ့အကြုံ အနည်းဆုံး ၃နှစ်နှင့် အထက်ရှိသူ
  • အသက် 30 နှစ်နှင့်အထက် Residential Construction Project အတွေ့အကြုံရှိသူ
  • Construction Drawing များ ဖတ်ရှုနားလည်နိုင်သူ
  • Construction Materials နှင့် Site Work များကို နားလည်သူ
  • Subcontractor နှင့် Workers များကို Coordination ပြုလုပ်နိုင်သူ
  • Communication & Problem-Solving Skills ကောင်းမွန်သူ
