  • Manage daily project and maintenance operations
  • Assign and monitor manpower for daily maintenance activities
  • Track project progress and ensure timely completion of tasks
  • Check and control daily maintenance and project expenses
  • Ensure site safety plans are properly followed
  • Supervise contractors and labor to maintain work quality
  • Prepare and submit daily reports to upper management
  • Monitor stock lists and support material purchasing and delivery
  • Coordinate with project team and related departments
  • Prepare and maintain necessary documents for operations

Job Requirements

  • BE Civil (or) Engineering Diploma in construction field.
  • Minimum 3 years working experience in construction field.
  • Excellent computer skill in Microsoft Office
  • Good Knowledge in AutoCAD and SketchUP
  • Good oral and written communication skill and interpersonal skills.
