Job Description

An Excellent Opportunity for ...

Supervise daily construction activities and monitor site progress.
Ensure all work is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and construction methods.
Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, and project team members.
Monitor workmanship and ensure compliance with quality standards.
Inspect materials delivered to the site and verify compliance with project specifications.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly site progress reports.
Assist in project planning and scheduling to meet project deadlines.
Coordinate inspections with consultants and clients.
Resolve technical issues arising during construction and report major issues to the Project Manager.
Monitor site manpower, equipment, and material usage.
Ensure compliance with workplace health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Review shop drawings, method statements, and material submittals.
Verify completed work quantities for progress claims.
Maintain accurate site documentation, including site diaries, inspection records, and as-built information.
Attend site meetings and provide project updates.
Perform other duties assigned by the Project Manager.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (B.E./B.Tech) or AGTI (Civil).
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in residential or housing construction projects.
Good knowledge of reinforced concrete structures, architectural finishing, and building construction.
Able to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
Familiar with QA/QC procedures and site safety practices.
Proficient in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office (Excel, Word), and project reporting.
