Job Description

A Fantastic Opportunity for ...

  • Supervise and monitor daily construction activities at the project site.
  • Construction works are carried out in accordance with approved forms, specifications, and project requirements.
  • Coordinate with Site Engineers, Project Engineers, subcontractors, workers, and other project team members.
  • Conduct site measurements and assist with quantity calculations.
  • Monitor the usage of construction materials and equipment.
  • Report site progress, work status, and construction issues to the Senior Engineer or Project Engineer.
  • Assist in resolving technical and site-related problems.
  • Ensure compliance with company procedures, construction standards, and safety requirements.
  • Maintain proper site records, drawings, reports, and other project documentation.
  • Perform other duties assigned by the Project Manager or Senior Engineer.
  • Willingness to work at different project locations.
  • Willingness to work at project sites in Yangon, Mandalay, Ayeyarwady Region & Nay Pyi Taw Project Sites.

Job Requirements

  • B.E/B.Tech/A.G.T.I in Civil Engineering.
  • At Least 2 to 5 years experience .
  • Experience in building, infrastructure, road, or fit-out projects will be an advantage.
  • Ability to read and understand construction drawings, specifications and BOQs.
  • Basic knowledge of construction methods, materials, and site procedures.
  • Ability to perform basic site measurements, construction activities according to drawings, specifications, standards and quantity calculations.
  • Basic knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Office, including Word and Excel.
  • Basic understanding of construction quality control and safety requirements.
