Job Description

A Fantastic Opportunity for ...

Assist the Site Engineer in daily site activities.
Monitor and supervise construction works at the project site.
Monitor work progress and prepare daily site reports.
Check construction work according to approved drawings and specifications.
Check the construction materials and the quality for workmanship.
Perform site measurements and quantity checking.
Coordinate with subcontractors and workers.
Assist in implementing and monitoring site safety requirements.
Good teamwork, communication and coordination skills.
Problem-solving ability.
Strong sense of responsibility.
Willingness to work at project sites and work overtime when required.
Ability to work under pressure.
To distribute and monitor the work of junior engineers on site. To provide guidance, advice and as needed.
Negotiate directly with contractors to resolve site disputes regarding work quality, technical deviations, or schedule delays.
Willingness to work at project sites in Yangon, Mandalay, Ayeyarwady Region & Nay Pyi Taw Project Sites.

Job Requirements

B.E/B.Tech/A.G.T.I in Civil Engineering.
At Least 5 to10 years experience.
Must have experience in building, infrastructure, or fit-out projects.
Must be able to read and understand construction drawings.
Basic to intermediate knowledge of AutoCAD.
Ability to perform site measurements and quantity calculations.
Good understanding of concrete, reinforcement, formwork, brickwork/masonry, and other civil works, with basic knowledge of BOQ, project specifications, site inspection, workmanship checking, and quality control procedures.
