Site Security Manager (SSM) is responsible for overseeing the daily activities of security officer, guard commander in a customer site of EXERA and supervising, guiding, inspection of site personnel who assigned in sites. Ensuring the safety of the sites and all safety equipment are working correctly. Create and manage schedule of site personnel and evaluation performance of site personnel. Collaboration with management if there have any incidents, keep track, and maintain daily record.

Responsibilities

• Monitoring and guiding the activities of security officers on the ground site.
• Writing report properly, recording the incidents, accidents and security breaches and report to Regional Security Manager in timely manner.
• Regularly Patrol and spot-check in all part of assigned site and check the performance of security officers.
• Ensure that all monitoring system are working correctly and checking all security equipment.
• Guiding and instruction the security personnel procedures for handling and responding to emergency case and non-emergency case.
• Ensure that site personnel are following company policies and procedure.
• Monitoring and screening arrival and departure of the visitors in customer sites.
• Sometimes, coordination with public authorities such as police or law enforcement officer to facilitate the investigation if the incident required additional investigation.
• Maintain daily record and report to operation manager.
• Contributes in any other duties and responsibilities have been assigned by back office.

• AT least 5 years’ experience in security field or similar role.
• Must be fluently in Burmese and English both verbally and writing.
• Experience using relevant security equipment and technology.
• Good Communication skills to communicate effectively with others, especially in stressful situations.
• Excellent in reporting and emergency response skills.
• Strong knowledge in security protocols and firefighting.
• Good interpersonal skill and leadership skills are required.
