To Develop and implement a strategic cybersecurity awareness program to educate employees at all levels about cybersecurity threats, best practices, and company policies.
To collaborate with cross-functional teams for awareness initiatives to address specific organizational risks and needs.
To Evaluate cyber security education, training, and awareness program efficiency by identifying and gathering workforce trend analysis, performance improvement metrics.
To Prepare and execute phishing campaigns based on current threats and provide statistics.
To Provide metrics on the effectiveness/completion rate for courses.
To Conduct monthly regular cybersecurity training sessions for employees, ensuring that content is up-to-date, relevant, and aligned with industry standards and offer support on security-related issues.
To Develop and execute communication plans to keep employees informed about cybersecurity policies,incidents, and emerging threats.
To Collaborate with HR, and other departments to align cybersecurity awareness efforts with organizational goals and objectives.
To PIC for projects accountability for on-going activities or objectives.

Job Requirements

Minimum 3~5 years experience of Information Security, Threat Analysis, Security assessment in Web application and Infrastructure,Identity Asset Management Tools Planning
Bachelor’s degree in Electronics
Networking , ISP Services, Programming(Java, VB.net, PHP),System(Window and Linux) , Microsoft SQL
CCNA, Certified Network Security Specialist
Management skill, troubleshooting skill, Analytical skill , Communication and interpersonal skill
