Manages all social media channels, and campaigns to sustain an engaging audience experience and to increase audience satisfaction.
Researches and analyses social media trends to improve social media presence and campaign efficacy.
Oversees all company social media management.
Develops engaging, creative, innovative content for regularly scheduled posts.
Monitoring users’ engagement with and feedback on every post.
Regular monitoring the competitor social media sites and creating analysis report.
Handle customer inquiries from social media.
Collaborating with team for development and tasks.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Customer Service Skills
Prefer over 1-year experience in Social Media Field (fresh graduate can apply but must have knowledge in Social Media and Content Writing).
