Role Overview

We are looking for a versatile Software Developer to join our growing engineering team. You will work on a diverse range of projects, from building responsive front-end interfaces in React to developing robust back-end services using .NET and Python. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to work on Odoo ERP implementations and customizations.

This role is perfect for a developer who enjoys variety and wants to gain exposure to multiple technologies. We are open to hiring both experienced developers (minimum 1 year) and highly motivated interns looking to kickstart their careers.

Key Responsibilities

• Frontend Development: Design and develop dynamic user interfaces using React.js.
• Backend Development: Build and maintain RESTful APIs and services using .NET Core / .NET Framework and Python (Django/Flask) .
• ERP Customization: Customize modules, create views, and develop new functionalities within the Odoo ERP framework (using Python and XML).
• Database Management: Write efficient queries and manage data using PostgreSQL, MySQL, or SQL Server.
• Integration: Integrate third-party applications and services with our existing systems.
• Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code; participate in code reviews.
• Problem Solving: Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing software.

Required Technical Skills

• Frontend: Proficiency in React.js, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3.
• Backend: Experience with either C# (.NET Core) or Python (preferably both).
• ERP: Basic understanding of ERP systems; experience with Odoo (specifically v13+ or v16/17) is a huge plus.
• Databases: Familiarity with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL).
• Version Control: Experience using Git (GitHub/GitLab).

Soft Skills

• Strong problem-solving attitude and willingness to learn new technologies.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects effectively.

Qualifications

• For Experienced Candidates: Minimum 1 year of professional experience in software development.
• For Interns/Freshers: A degree in Computer Science or a related field, or a strong portfolio of personal/academic projects demonstrating the skills above.

Preferred Skills (Good to have)

• Experience with Odoo module development (inheritance, ORM methods).
• Knowledge of REST API design and implementation.
• Familiarity with Docker and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure).
• Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
