*Will work closely with other operation teams such as Sales team*In charge of Project Implementation, Product Training and Client Support*Participating in Project Kick-offs to learn the nature of client’s business and operation flow*Working closely with clients to meet the requirements and standards, implementing the system accordingly*Precisely following the supervision and guidelines, following the project plan, timeline and milestones set up.*Conducting product trainings to the employees of clients*Supporting the clients’ enquiries and handling feedback in a professional manner

*Any Graduate*At Least (1) year above Software Engineer or Product Engineer experience*Intermediate English Language Skill*A cooperative person, having teamwork skills*A good communicator, both to colleagues and clients*Adequate knowledge in English, IT and/or Business*Works well under pressure*To have ERP/HRMS/CRM Software implementation experience
