•    To perform system and network integration, implementation, configuration, and deployment of network, servers and storage, voice/video communication, and related solutions.
•    To be able to go for FTTx & VAS site survey alone and must do overtime job if needed.
•    To be able to work as outsource in customer's location.
•    To provide technical support for maintenance contracts and warranty projects.
•    To be available for on-call, remote, and on-site support for end customers.
•    To assist pre-sales and post-sales projects during the POC and demo processes.
•    To perform troubleshooting, resolve technical issues, and escalate the issue to vendor support team while retaining ownership of customer issues until it is completely resolved and accepted by another individual.
•    To be able to manage cable contractors in structured cabling and cost calculating.
•    To be able to report and document daily maintenance jobs and specific incidents.
 

•    Diploma/Certification in Network Engineering or bachelor’s degree in engineering / IT related field
•    Minimum of 3 years’ experience in technical implementation, deployment, support, and troubleshooting of data communication, wired/wireless LAN, firewall, server system and internet solution products.
•    Age not over 30 years.
•    Good skill and knowledge in computer networks, network protocol, data communication, cloud computing, server and storage, routing fundamental, computer/network security, system configuration which includes switch, firewall, router, wireless LAN, server configuration.
•    Solid understanding of Fiber Optical Distribution Networks (ODN) and FTTx technologies is preferred.
•    Possessing certifications from well-known organizations in network areas such as Cisco, Juniper, Fortinet, HPE, Huawei, MikroTik, Ruijie etc, will be a big advantage for this position.
•    Familiarity with Extra Low Voltage (ELV) systems and electrical installation practices is advantageous.
•    Deliver the network services to meet the project timeline.
•    Good communication in English both writing and speaking is a must.
•    Customer-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and with minimal supervision.
•    Strong initiative, responsibility, accountability, and self-motivation in projects and delivering IT support services.
