Job Description

An Excellent Opportunity for ...

  • Manage and supervise maintenance activities (repair of inverters, batteries and related equipment), ensuring adherence to safety protocols.
  • Respond to and troubleshoot system failures, performing corrective maintenance as needed.
  • Inspect installation sites to ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.
  • Provide technical support to technicians and other personnel.
  • On-call availability for emergency troubleshooting and maintenance.
  • Address customer queries regarding system performance and maintenance. 
  • Coordinate with technicians and other stakeholders to schedule and execute maintenance tasks.
  • Manage inventory of spare parts and equipment.
  • Prepare detailed reports on system performance, maintenance activities, and any issues encountered.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date maintenance logs, service reports, and equipment records.
  • Ensure that all documentation is kept up to date.
  • Adhere to all safety regulations and procedures, ensuring a safe working environment.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience in solar PV system operation and maintenance is highly desirable.
  • Knowledge of electrical systems, power electronics, and solar PV technology
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in using monitoring software and diagnostic tools.
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of safety regulations.
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Ability to work in outdoor environments and at various heights.
