An Exciting Opportunity for ...

Manage the dealer service network and after-sales service operations across Upper/ Lower Myanmar.
Supervise and develop service teams to achieve company targets and service KPIs.
Coordinate technical training, service campaigns, and customer support activities.
Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, warranty procedures, and service standards.
Monitor workshop performance, customer satisfaction, and service quality.
Support dealer development, spare parts management, and warranty operations.
Prepare accurate daily, weekly, and monthly management reports.
Analyze service performance and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
Coordinate with Sales, Spare Parts, Logistics, and Technical teams to ensure effective after-sales support.
Perform other duties assigned by Management.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in service management or after-sales operations.
Age 30 years and above.
Good English communication skills.
Strong leadership, planning, administrative, and team management skills.
Knowledge of motorcycles, three-wheelers, EVs, workshop operations, warranty processes, and after-sales service.
Experience managing dealers, service centers, technicians, and field service activities.
Strong problem-solving, communication, and decision-making abilities
Willing and able to travel extensively throughout Upper / Lower Myanmar.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and reporting systems.
Honest, responsible, customer-oriented, and results-driven.
