Position: RO Water Treatment Technician / Water Treatment Equipment Technician
Job Summary
CJ International Water Treatment Engineering is looking for a responsible and skilled RO Water Treatment Engineer to join our technical team. The engineer will be responsible for the installation, testing, maintenance, repair, and servicing of RO water treatment systems, commercial water purifiers, household water filters, pumps, filters, pipe systems, and electrical control systems.
The candidate must be able to work at customer sites, follow company procedures, submit work progress reports, and cooperate with sales, design, procurement, production, and installation teams to complete projects on time and with good quality.
Key Responsibilities
1. Installation and Testing
- Install RO water treatment systems, commercial water purifiers, household water filters, pumps, filters, valves, pressure gauges, flow meters, and control panels.
- Connect pipe systems, inlet water lines, product water lines, drainage lines, and electrical control wiring.
- Test the system after installation to check water leakage, electrical safety, pressure, water flow, and TDS level.
- Make sure the system operates properly before handing it over to the customer.
2. Repair and Maintenance
- Inspect and repair RO systems, pumps, filters, membranes, solenoid valves, pressure switches, control panels, and related components.
- Identify technical problems and recommend repair, replacement, or maintenance solutions.
- Carry out regular maintenance, including filter replacement, RO membrane checking, system flushing, and water quality testing.
- Explain the problem and solution clearly to the customer after service.
3. Site Survey
- Visit customer sites to check installation conditions.
- Measure water pressure, TDS, water source condition, drainage location, power supply, pipe route, and available installation space.
- Take site photos and record important technical information.
- Submit site survey reports according to CJ Company procedures.
- Provide technical information to support quotation, design, and installation planning.
4. Project Support and Teamwork
- Work together with the sales, design, procurement, production, and installation teams.
- Follow project schedules and complete assigned tasks on time.
- Report site problems to the project leader or management immediately.
- Support junior technicians and helpers during installation, repair, and maintenance work.
5. Work Reporting
- Submit work progress through the company’s Telegram / Trello system.
- For normal project stages, report progress at 25%, 50%, 75%, and 100% with photos and written descriptions.
- Submit completion photos, customer confirmation, service details, and problem records after each job.
- Ensure all reports are clear, honest, and complete.
6. Tools, Safety, and Company Property
- Use and maintain company tools properly.
- Keep tools, equipment, and materials safe and organized.
- Follow safety rules when working with electricity, pumps, pressure systems, and pipe installation.
- Keep the customer site clean after completing the work.
- Take care of company vehicles, tools, and equipment when assigned.
