Job Description

A Good Opportunity for ..

  • Analyze customer requirements and propose effective IT/system integration solutions.
  • Prepare solution architectures, technical diagrams, product sizing, and BoQs for tenders and client proposals.
  • Support pre-sales activities with presentations, demos, and technical consultations.
  • Collaborate with vendors and internal sale teams to build competitive technical offers.
  • Assist in government tender document preparation, compliance checks, and bid support.
  • Coordinate with project and implementation teams to ensure solution delivery as per design.
  • Engage all technical resources required for solution design.
    Involve and discuss partners’ technical seminars, online training and customer meetings.
  • Stay up to date with emerging technologies and certifications in the infrastructure domain.
  • Assist the BD Manager with customer presentation as appropriate

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, IT, Electronics, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Solutions Engineer, Pre-sales Engineer, or Systems Engineer.
  • Experience in government IT tenders or enterprise infrastructure projects is highly desirable.
  • Solid knowledge of network infrastructure, server systems, and virtualization.
  • Familiar with Cisco, VMware, Microsoft, Juniper, Fortinet, or similar technologies.
  • Ability to prepare architecture diagrams (e.g., Visio), proposals, and technical documents.
  • Basic knowledge of cloud technologies and security solutions is a plus.
  • Team player with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
