Job Description

A Big Opportunity for ...

  • Design and prepare shop drawings, as-built drawings, and materials bill of quantities required for the projects
  • Keep track of, monitor, and ensure timely submission of shop drawings, materials, and as-built drawings
  • Coordinate with the clients, contractor, and other trade contractors on combined services drawings and resolve any clashes prior to construction
  • Check M&E drawings against architectural and structural drawings and produce RFIs
  • Review M&E shop drawings for discrepancies and design issues
  • Coordinate with architects and engineers for design issues
  • Resolve site issues with supervisors, contractors, vendors, and related third parties
  • Monitor work progress, quality, workmanship, and material usages
  • Facilitate problem-solving, as may arise, between M&E subcontractors during construction.
  • Assist in the scoping review, budgeting, and justification of the M&E change work order.
  • Ensure that M&E subcontractors provide and adhere to relevant quality documentation/records.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical
  • At least 3 years’ experience in similar role
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
  • Positive attitude and good team player, keen desire to learn, contribute, advance, and progress with the company
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Be able to work independently with minimum guidance
  • Able to multitask and able to work in a fast-paced environment

  • Having knowledge of solar system & battery installation, surveillance & CCTV, structured cabling & WIFI, and home automation will be an advantage
