Responsibilities

  • Monitoring New Agent on boarding, agents’ deboarding and Administration process in the Management system
  • Agency commission and Payroll Management
  • On-time Payment to Agent according to Company Approved ‘Agency Compensation’ accurately
  • Agency Maintenance upon authorized request
  • Provide, design, manage and interpret various Agency MIS reports
  • Agent inquiry Handling
  • Agent Training on compensation
  • Analyzing the sales performance and agents’ performance in whole agency region
  • Perform system testing on enhancements
  • Ensure quality agent filing system
  • Maintain Quality of the Procedures Documents
  • Agency budget planning and monitoring the flow, working closely with Agency team and finance team
  • Any other ad-hoc duties for special projects and perform as assigned by line manager

Job Requirements

Experience and Qualifications:

  • A bachelor's degree in business, Finance or related field is preferred
  • A proven track record in MIS management or payroll administration is preferred
  • Strong analytical, inter-personal, and communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Details-oriented, focused, results-driven, professional maturity, teamwork, and self-confidence
  • Proficient MS Office Skills (Advanced Excel PowerPoint, and Access) is a must
  • Experience in insurance or related industry would be an advantage but not a must
